Milan, November 22nd 2021 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Agrivento, asset company specialized in mini wind plants, in the acquisition of nine wind farms of 60 kW each from private operators.

The transaction provided for the acquisition of two SPVs owning six wind plants located in the Basilicata Region and the execution of a binding offer for three further wind plants located in the province of Matera.

The firm assisted Agrivento, led by Giovanni Melpignano and Angelica Guarini, with a team composed of partner Marco Muscettola and associate Giuseppe Andrea D’Alessio for the corporate aspects, as well as Andrea Zecchini for the operational implications.

The sellers were assisted by Studio LBA from Reggio Emilia, in the person of its Founding Partner Paolo Chiussi, with the support of Giulia De Biasi and by Studio Legale AGSZ, in the person of Alfredo Bassi.

The law firm De Falco Notarnicola & Associati, with a team of professionals coordinated by Vito Plantone, carried out the accounting and fiscal due diligence of the companies, as well as the definition of the financial aspects of the entire transaction on behalf of the buyer
