LEXIA recently assisted Cryptosmart S.p.A. in a significant transaction involving its entry into the share capital of Banca Popolare di Cortona SCpA. The transaction was structured in two phases: initially, Cryptosmart subscribed to a capital increase, acquiring a 5.1% stake in the bank, and later, this stake was increased to 17.6% through a sale of treasury shares.
