LEXIA, with a team led by partner Cristian Fischetti and including associates Matteo Stroppa and Martina Ancarani, assisted Woltair Italia in its negotiated crisis settlement procedure, advising on all legal aspects connected with the procedure, including the management of relations with the bankruptcy proceedings of its parent company, Woltair S.r.o.
The company’s crisis originated from the declaration of bankruptcy of its parent company, issued by the Municipal Court of Prague in July 2025, with consequent impacts on the operations and financial stability of the Italian subsidiary.
The negotiated crisis settlement procedure, launched in November 2025, was successfully completed with the restoration of the company’s financial stability, thanks to the execution of agreements with commercial and industrial partners.
As part of the transaction, Woltair Italia was acquired by Domoi S.r.l., the holding company of the Myenergy S.p.A. group, becoming the group’s digital hub.
