LEXIA assisted Wopta Assicurazioni S.r.l., an insurtech company specializing in insurance offerings for SMEs, in the context of a „Series A“ investment round of EUR 4.1 million, with the entry of new shareholders through the club deal named „Asset Plus S.r.l.,“ which brought together over 30 Italian entrepreneurs and business angels.
LEXIA handled the transaction with Managing Partner Francesco Dagnino, supported by Partner Fabio Luongo and lawyer Andrea Peruzzo, focusing on the drafting and negotiation of the contractual documentation related to the transaction.
