LEXIA, with Partner Vincenzo Fabrizio Giglio and Counsel Margherita Gramegna, supported TAS S.p.A. in negotiating and signing a new company supplemental collective agreement. This agreement marks an important phase in the evolution of the company’s supplementary bargaining, aimed at addressing organizational flexibility needs and strengthening corporate welfare.
The agreement introduces innovative measures aimed at improving employees‘ work-life quality, expanding welfare tools, and enhancing economic benefits compared to those established by the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Metalworkers.
