LEXIA advised Macingo Technologies S.r.l. on the acquisition of the “Spedingo” business unit from Eurocubia S.r.l., a company belonging to the Fortidia Group.
Spedingo is an Italian marketplace specialising in the transportation of bulky goods, removals and shared shipping services. The transaction forms part of Macingo’s growth and consolidation strategy in the digital logistics and transportation services sector.
LEXIA assisted Macingo with the drafting and negotiation of the contractual documentation relating to the transaction.
