Milan, 03 July 2023 – Lexia assisted Xconnect Trading Limited, a British investment company specializing in securities and derivatives trading, on its authorisation by the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) to provide investment services in Italy.

The authorization, issued by CONSOB in agreement with the Bank of Italy, will allow Xconnect, under the freedom to provide services, to perform order execution to professional clients and qualified counterparties, in Italy.

Xconnect, operating in the United Kingdom since 2003, deals with leading financial institutions, such as fund managers, investment banks, and large corporates, also assisting brokerage and proprietary trading companies.

Lexia acted with a team comprising Partner Angelo Messore, Senior Associate Giulietta Minucci, as well as Associates Federico Bonardi and Filippo Maria Belfatto.
