Milan, 16 November 2023 – Lexia assisted TAS S.p.A. (TAS Group)Italian leading company providing software and services for banking and financial applications, active in Europe and the United States, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of the Apulia-based company Newsoft, assisted by Orrick.This represents a significant step towards the expansion of TAS services and the promotion of innovation in the Southern Italy.
Founded in 2004, Newsoft is active in various sectors, including software production, research of new information management techniques, design and implementation of information systems, feasibility analisys, industrial automation and robotics, personnel training and development, control and management systems development, computer consulting and data processing services.

TAS Group was assisted by Lexia for all aspects related to legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation. The team, led by Managing Partner Francesco Dagnino including Counsel Fabio Luongo, and Associates Stefano Corrà and Andrea Peruzzo.
