LEXIA assisted Alternative Capital Partners SGR Spa in establishing a strategic joint venture with Ilios, an energy developer controlled by the Luxembourg investment holding Energy Capital. The transaction was completed through the subscription of a shareholder loan and a capital increase in Ilios Impact Holding.
The partnership aims to develop a pipeline of photovoltaic plants, agrivoltaic projects, and energy storage systems across various Italian regions. Alternative Capital Partners and Ilios have committed to investing over 5 million euros to support the development of these projects.
LEXIA, with a team led by Counsel Mattia Argento, supported by Senior Associate Nicoletta Bezzi and Associate Matteo Vagnoli, handled all the legal aspects of the transaction, from negotiation to finalization of the contractual documentation.
