Milan 14 May 2019 – LEXIA Avvocati, with a team comprising Lexia’s founding partner Francesco Dagnino and associates Alessandro Guarino and Alessandro Rossi, advised Poseidon Group (holding of crypto wallet Eidoo), on the acquisition of Provable Things Limited.

Poseidon Group is a Swiss holding company with several crypto projects, including the wallet and hybrid exchange Eidoo.

Provable Things Limited (formerly known as Oraclize) was founded by the Italian blockchain entrepreneur Thomas Bertani and is a pioneer in the field of providing “oracle” services for the blockchain having developed the first oracle service on blockchain, which securely sends data to smart contracts for example taken from Web APIs. The company has been offering this service since 2015, and over 1,000 blockchain projects have been built on it.
