Philip earned his law degree in Brazil, where he is licensed as a lawyer. He later registered as a lawyer in Portugal and obtained a master’s degree from the University of Milan.
He has gained significant experience in corporate law and international investments, assisting both domestic and international clients in corporate M&A transactions, Italian and Brazilian corporate law, as well as cross-border real estate investments.
Before joining LEXIA, he worked for nearly two years at an international law firm, operating from the Milan office with Italian and international clients while also supporting the Portuguese office and specializing in corporate law. Additionally, he collaborated with the Latam Desk, providing legal assistance to Brazilian entrepreneurs with interests in Italy and Portugal, as well as European investors in Brazil.
He is fluent in Portuguese, Italian, and English, with an advanced knowledge of Spanish.
