He assists clients in the structuring and management of complex estates, providing high-level advice on trust law and wealth protection. Duccio boasts significant experience in legal and litigation services, having previously served as Head of Legal and Litigation Services at the third-largest Italian banking group. In this capacity, he managed complex legal frameworks and strategic dispute resolution.
Duccio is a contract professor of Trust Law at the University of Siena and teaches in various Master’s programs at the Universities of Siena, Firenze, Genova, and Milano (SDA Bocconi). He is a prominent member of the “Il Trust in Italia” association and a Full Member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). Additionally, he serves on the Scientific Committee of the “Il Trust, Possessionis Libertate Fide Foedus” association in Lugano and has been responsible for the Trust column at Filodiritto.
He is a prolific author in the field of trust law, having contributed entries to the Il Sole legal encyclopedia and the Petrelli Notary Formbook, as well as publishing numerous books and over fifty specialized articles on trusts and fiduciary activities.
