Giovanni joined LEXIA in 2025 and assumed the role of Partner in the Audit firm.
Previously, he worked with a leading international audit firm.
Giovanni has gained solid experience in statutory auditing, collaborating with listed companies, SMEs, and international groups. Throughout his career, he has assisted clients at all stages of the audit process, from planning to finalizing the audit, covering both individual and consolidated financial statements.
He has developed significant expertise in accounting and tax auditing, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations, with a particular focus on OIC and IFRS accounting principles.
His experience includes risk management, analysis of individual and consolidated financial statements, identifying critical areas, and managing complex issues such as asset valuation.
Giovanni has enriched his career with valuable international experience, including a secondment at a major international audit firm in Belgium, where he worked closely with multinational teams, enhancing his accounting skills at the European level. Additionally, during his studies, he participated in an Exchange Program at Queensland University in Australia.
Giovanni holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and is registered with the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Legal Auditors.
He speaks Italian and English.
