Alice holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Pavia and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2015.
Since the beginning of her professional career, she has focused on family law. She has gained significant expertise and experience, providing qualified judicial assistance in proceedings related to separation, divorce, parental responsibility regulation, child support for non-marital children, modification of conditions, protection orders, filiation, parental responsibility limitation and removal, adoption, as well as interdiction/invalidation/guardianship. Additionally, she offers extrajudicial advice on personal and patrimonial family matters, working with dedication and sensitivity, always paying special attention to the protection of individuals and the best interests of children involved.
She is registered in the list of lawyers authorized to act as Special Curator for Minors with the Milan Bar Association and serves as Special Curator for Minors at the Ordinary Court and Juvenile Court by appointment of the Judicial Authority.
She is a member of the Representation Committee of ONDIF (National Observatory on Family Law), Pavia Section.
Alice collaborates with the online legal journal IUS Famiglie (published by Lefebvre Giuffrè) as an author of legal commentary on family law jurisprudence.
Before joining LEXIA, Alice worked with leading Milanese law firms in the sector.
She speaks Italian and English.
