LEXIA promotes a culture of legality and is committed to combating unlawful conduct, including through the adoption of internal reporting channels compliant with applicable regulations.

In implementation of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 (whistleblowing) and Article 48 of Legislative Decree No. 231/2007 (anti-money laundering regulations), LEXIA has adopted the Whistleblowing Policy, which governs the procedures, protections and safeguards applicable to the submission of reports.
