Matteo obtained a master’s degree in law, business major, from the “Luigi Bocconi” Commercial University, discussing a thesis entitled “The dualistic system of administration and control: the German experience and diffusion in Italy”.
He took part in the Erasmus Program at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (Germany) and carried out a curricular internship in Milan at an international law firm.
Before starting his collaboration with LEXIA, he gained experience at a leading law firm in Milan in the field of commercial and corporate law.
Matteo provides legal assistance in the field of corporate law, with specific reference to the renewable energy market.
He speaks Italian and English. He has basic knowledge of French.
