Dott. Matteo Vagnoli

Matteo obtained a Master’s degree in Law, with a major in Business Law, from the Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi”. His thesis was titled “The dualistic system of administration and control: the German experience and diffusion in Italy.”

He participated in the Erasmus Programme at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (Germany) and completed an internship at an international law firm in Milan as part of his curriculum.

Before joining Lexia, he gained experience in commercial and corporate law at a leading law firm in Milan.

Matteo provides legal assistance in corporate law, with a specific focus on the renewable energy market.

He speaks Italian and English and has basic knowledge of French.
