Claudia Pavanello is a Counsel at LEXIA Corporate Services and the Head of Foreign Direct Investments & Corporate Services Team. LEXIA Corporate Services is a strategic division of the firm dedicated to providing integrated support to businesses throughout every stage of their life cycle.

Claudia focuses on corporate law, providing strategic legal assistance to both national and international entities and individuals in their project of expansion into the Italian market, helping them to navigate through regulatory requirements and to achieve their business objectives. She assists clients providing a high-value strategic advice related to the most suitable corporate structuring in Italy, corporate compliance services, as well as the most appropriate way to close businesses in Italy.

Claudia has developed a strong background in Corporate and Commercial Law.

Before joining LEXIA, Claudia worked in the corporate field, both in Italy and abroad, at leading national and international law firms. She graduated in Law from the University of Ferrara with a thesis focused on commercial law.
