Enrico Roberto in LEXIA works in the Corporate, M&A & Venture Capital team.
He has experience in corporate law and extraordinary transactions, particularly in venture capital and corporate M&A.
Previously, he worked with a leading Italian law firm in Milan.
He graduated in Law from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2023 with a dissertation on financial market law entitled “Green Bond and Sustainable Development: analysis of the new European Green Bond Standard”.He is also a student of the Business Administration and Economics degree at the Università Bicocca of Milan since 2023.
He speaks Italian and English.
