Francesca Costarelli has gained significant experience in assisting companies in the tech, media and luxury sectors, having also conducted relevant secondment experiences with both Italian and international clients. She regularly provides compliance and regulatory assistance to companies, especially digital platforms, and agencies working in the communication and marketing sectors, as well as in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including software development agreeemnts. She also assists companies with data protection compliance and implementation.

Before joining LEXIA, Francesca Costarelli gained significant experience at a leading national law firm.

• Assistance to a leading operator in the investment gold sector in the launch of a gold accumulation plan, including the drafting and negotiation of agreements with users, management of regulatory compliance profiles, and advice on consumer protection requirements under the Italian Consumer Code.
