Gerlando Palillo is an administrative law attorney with many years of experience in the field. He earned his Law degree from the University of Palermo in 2018, defending a thesis in Roman law. In December 2021, he qualified as a lawyer and, from that point on, while practising law, he continued his advanced studies in administrative law. In July 2021, he completed an advanced course in “Energy Law and Sustainability” at LUISS Guido Carli University, submitting a paper titled “The Accounting Unbundling in the Integrated Water Service (SII)”.
Since 2023, he has served as an Adjunct Professor, conducting professional training and development courses in environmental and energy law
