Giorgio Mastrilli is a Supreme Court lawyer (Avvocato Cassazionista) specializing in Tax and Collection Law. With nearly two decades of experience, he provides high-level representation and strategic counsel in complex tax disputes, focusing particularly on collection litigation and the protection of taxpayers against enforcement actions.

Giorgio graduated in Law from the University of Bologna and has been a member of the Palermo Bar Association since 2006. He possesses a highly specialized academic background, having completed the “Tax Consulting Firm” Master’s program and a second-level Master’s degree in International and European Tax Law at the University of Palermo. Before joining LEXIA to lead the Tax Collection Litigation department, he collaborated with several leading law firms, refining his expertise in direct and indirect taxation.

Tax Collection Litigation Extensive experience in managing litigation related to tax collection procedures. He assists clients in challenging payment notices, injunctions, and enforcement actions, ensuring the procedural and substantive legitimacy of collection activities.

Tax Advisory and Litigation Strategic assistance in domestic tax disputes involving corporate income, direct taxes, and indirect taxes. He represents clients before the Tax Justice Courts and the Supreme Court of Cassation.

International and European Tax Law Advisory on complex tax matters involving European regulations and international tax frameworks, leveraging specialized training in cross-border tax dynamics.
