Giuseppe obtained a master’s degree in law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. He has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2016.
He follows supervised entities on financial markets, banking and payment services law issues.
In particular, he provides assistance to banking and financial intermediaries in the field of financial intermediation, investment services, organization and structuring of sales networks, distribution and off-site offering of financial products. He also assists banking and financial intermediaries in matters of banking and payment services, banking transparency, distribution and off-site and remote offers of banking and financing products.
Previously he collaborated with leading law firms specializing in financial markets, banking and payment services law.
He speaks Italian and English.
