Marco Grechi is a Senior Associate in the Milan office. His practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law, domestic and international commercial contracts, and strategic compliance advisory services, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, corporate liability, and risk management.
Since the beginning of his legal career in 2015, Marco has gained extensive experience in intellectual property law, competition law, commercial contracts, and compliance while working at leading Italian and international law firms, as well as at the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, within the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM), where he was also involved in public policy and legislative activities.
Marco graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar by the Milan Court of Appeal. During his academic career, he completed a second-level Master’s degree at LUISS Business School – Torino School of Management, sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
