Marco Grechi is a Senior Associate in the Milan office and primarily deals with intellectual property matters at both national and international level.
Since the beginning of his career in 2015, Marco has gained solid experience in the field of intellectual property, as well as in competition law, contracts, and compliance at prestigious Italian and international law firms, and at the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Italian Patent and Trademark Office, where he was also involved in public policy and legislative activities.
He also advises on the enhancement and commercialization of industrial property rights and intangible assets in general, with particular focus on innovation development matters.
Marco graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan and was admitted to practice law before the Milan Court of Appeal. During his academic career, he completed a postgraduate master’s degree in Open Innovation & Intellectual Property, jointly offered by LUISS Business School and the Turin School of Management under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
