Martina Abate is an administrative lawyer with several years of experience in the field.
She graduated in Law from the University of Palermo in 2018, presenting a thesis on “Civil Liability of Public Administration.”
In November 2021, she obtained her professional qualification, and since then, while practicing law, she has continued her advanced studies in administrative law.
In 2022, she completed a second-level master’s degree in “Public Administration Law” at the University of Palermo, discussing a thesis titled “Judicial Control and Anti-Mafia Injunctions: Procedural Aspects and the Need for Legislative Intervention.”
Since 2019, she has been collaborating with the legal journal “norma.db” by summarizing and commenting on jurisprudential novelties in administrative law.
She has been collaborating with Lexia Avvocati since February 2022.
