Marzia has a degree in Law (LLB – JD) from University of Bergamo.
She is enrolled at the Milan Bar Association since January 2024.
She did her Erasmus+ at the Hanzehoegeschool of Groningen (NL), based on European and International Law. During her studies, she focused specifically on Corporate Law, both Italian and International (mainly UK and US contexts).
She gained a relevant experience in Commercial and Corporate law, mainly of Corporate Secretary activities, in leading international companies, among which Eni SpA.
She works in the Foreign Direct Investments & Corporate Services team.
She is fluent in Italian and English. She also speaks Spanish.
