Matteo graduated in Law from the University of Udine with a thesis in commercial law on “Special purpose acquisition companies as an alternative listing tool”.
Matteo provides legal assistance in the field of corporate law, with specific reference to the renewable energy market, both in the context of extraordinary operations and commercial contracts.
Before collaborating with LEXIA, Matteo gained experience in the corporate/M&A department of the law firm DLA Piper.
He speaks fluent Italian and English.
