Overview

Riccardo De Leo is a member of the Banking & Restructuring Department of the Milan office. He focuses on corporate distress and insolvency matters and enforcement proceedings, supporting the team in advising debtors and creditors in situations of financial distress and in insolvency and restructuring proceedings.

Riccardo has a strong academic background. He graduated in Law from the University of Milan, where he completed a thesis on EU procedural and litigation law. He is currently attending the Level II Master’s Degree in “Crisi, Insolvenza, Sovraindebitamento – CrIS” at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, focusing on the legal framework governing the management of financial distress and insolvency affecting private entities.

Prior to joining LEXIA, he completed his legal traineeship at a Milan-based law firm specialising in civil and corporate litigation.

He has gained experience in corporate distress and insolvency matters, assisting with the various legal needs arising in the management of financial difficulties and distressed situations.

Enforcement Proceedings

Assistance in enforcement proceedings, with particular focus on compulsory enforcement, enforcement against movable and immovable assets, and challenges to enforcement proceedings.

Litigation and Out-of-Court Matters

Assistance in civil and corporate litigation, both judicial and out-of-court, advising companies and private clients.
