Ylenia earned a degree in law from the University of Milan, discussing a thesis in criminal law titled “Self-defense as a litmus test for a media-oriented penal response”. She participated in the Erasmus Programme at the Université de Cergy-Pontoise in Paris.
Ylenia also had the opportunity to expand her knowledge in the field of Legal Tech through participation in a Master’s program in Legal Innovation.
Before starting her collaboration with LEXIA, she gained experience at a law firm in Milan in the field of criminal law, acquiring skills in offenses against public administration, the environment, individuals, and property, as well as in corporate crimes and cybercrimes.
She works in the White Collar Crime and LegalTech department, primarily dealing with criminal law assistance for individuals and legal entities.
She speaks Italian, French, and English.
