LEXIA advised Solar Team Italia S.r.l. on the acquisition of nine project companies owning photovoltaic plants with a total installed capacity of 27.2 MW.
The transaction was also supported by a €24.6 million financing facility granted by Banco BPM, aimed at funding the acquisition of the project companies and the refinancing of their existing financial indebtedness.
The transaction required integrated assistance across multiple areas, combining financial, corporate and contractual expertise to support a strategic transaction in the renewable energy sector.
The finance aspects were handled by LEXIA’s team led by partner Cristian Fischetti and counsel Nicola Biagioli, with the support of associate Matteo Stroppa.
The drafting and negotiation of the contractual documentation related to the acquisition were managed by managing partner Francesco Dagnino and partner Fabio Luongo, assisted by senior associate Andrea Peruzzo and associate Elisa Adly.
