LEXIA supported CDP Venture Capital, with a team led by Partner Luca Spagna and Associate Enrico Roberto, in the co‑management of Smartness’ €47 million Series B investment round.
The round was led by United Ventures and CDP Venture Capital, with participation from existing investor Partech Venture, a French fund represented by Partech Partners SAS, along with other investors already present in the shareholder base.
The transaction aims to support the international expansion of Smartness, one of the fastest-growing companies in the hospitality sector, with a presence in over 40 countries and more than 5,000 clients.
