LEXIA advised Underscore District, a Milan-based brand accelerator focused on the development and growth of innovative companies in the fashion and lifestyle sectors, in the transaction that resulted in MondeVita, the luxury and lifestyle division of Mondevo Group, acquiring a majority stake in the company.
Underscore District has developed a platform combining strategic and operational expertise across the entire value chain, from brand development to financial management, operations, merchandising and e-commerce. The brands supported by the company include some of the most recognized names in the contemporary fashion and streetwear landscape, such as Magliano, GR10K and WOK Store.
The transaction represents a strategic milestone in Underscore District’s growth path, strengthening the company’s positioning in the luxury and lifestyle segment through the entry of an industrial partner with established expertise in the sector.
