Paolo Di Fresco is a criminal lawyer.
He has gained significant experience in economic criminal law, handling various proceedings related to corporate, bankruptcy, financial, tax crimes, and offenses against Public Administration. He has provided both judicial and extrajudicial consultancy services to private companies and publicly-owned corporations, including matters related to corporate criminal liability under Legislative Decree no. 231/01. He has collaborated with prominent law firms in the national landscape.
He has been a member of the Bar since 2007 and a Supreme Court lawyer since 2020.
He obtained a PhD in criminal law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Macerata and subsequently received a research grant from the University of Palermo for a study on criminal infiltration in business activities in Northern Italy.
He is the author of numerous publications in the field of criminal law and regularly participates as a speaker in seminars and conferences.
