Giorgia obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the University of Padua. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2023.
Giorgia has gained significant experience in corporate law and extraordinary transactions, assisting both national and international clients in corporate-M&A transactions and providing legal advice in the structuring, management and negotiation of extraordinary transactions.
Before joining LEXIA, Giorgia gained significant experience at leading national and international law firms in Milan, specializing in corporate law.
