Elena Martellucci is a Partner at LEXIA. Elena specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, private equity (both domestic and cross-border), and general corporate assistance across various industrial sectors. She advises clients, on both the seller’s and purchaser’s side, in the negotiation and drafting of sale and purchase agreements, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, business transfer agreements and commercial contracts, as well as in corporate reorganisation transactions.
Across a range of industries, she has developed extensive experience advising leading Italian and international clients on a broad spectrum of transactions in the Life Sciences and Health Care, Food and Beverage, Luxury Goods, Hi-Tech, Automotive and Construction sectors. In recent years, she has been involved in a significant number of M&A transactions in these sectors, demonstrating her in-depth knowledge of these industries.
Elena graduated cum laude in Law in 2003 from the University of Palermo and has been admitted to the Bar since 2006. In 2010, she obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Banking and Finance Law from Fordham University in New York. Elena regularly speaks at and takes part in industry conferences and events.
Before joining LEXIA, Elena developed her training and professional experience at leading international and domestic law firms operating in global financial centres such as New York, Rome and Milan.
