Ambrogio Panzarella graduated, in 2006, in Law summa cum laude with honours from the University of Palermo and, in 2009, was admitted to the Italian Bar and has obtained specialization in “Professioni Legali” at S.S.P.L. “G. Scaduto” from the University of Palermo.
He is a member of the Palermo Bar and works mainly in civil and commercial law.
He has gained significant experience in disputes concerning the application of T.U.F. and T.U.B. and in particular in disputes relating to the sale and purchase of financial and insurance products (Banca Popolare di Vicenza shares, Veneto Banca subordinated bonds, Cirio bonds, Giacomelli, Argentina, index and unit linked life insurance policies). He also has a specific experience and competence in the disputes of administrative and accounting liability before the Corte dei Conti, as well as in out-of-court assistance and in the judicial protection of non-profit-making companies and associations in the context of the concession and revocation procedures of financial incentives granted by the Public Administration for the implementation of projects and investment programs (eg, Law No 488 of 1992 on investment in the South and in other depressed areas).
