Elmira is Managing Director of LEXIA Private, the division of LEXIA dedicated to private clients, including HNWIs, Ultra-HNWIs, families, and family offices.
She joined LEXIA in 2019, taking on the role of head of the Foreign Direct Investment & Corporate Services and Real Estate & Trust teams. With the creation of LEXIA Private, she became Managing Director while maintaining a position on the LEXIA Corporate board as a member of the Managing Committee.
Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in the formation and launch of new ventures. Additionally, she has gained skills in assisting private clients with real estate transactions, wealth planning, and the creation of family and purpose trusts.
Before joining LEXIA, she worked at renowned national and international law firms, both in Italy and abroad. She is a qualified attorney and a member of STEP Italy. She speaks Italian, English, Farsi, and has basic knowledge of Arabic.
