Stefano obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Milan Bicocca. He has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2020.
During his studies, he carried out research as a Visiting Researcher at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
He has gained significant experience in the sector of corporate law and extraordinary transactions, assisting national and international clients and private equity funds in corporate-M&A and venture capital transactions and providing legal advice in the structuring, management and negotiation of extraordinary transactions .
Before joining LEXIA, Stefano gained significant experience in leading national and international law firms in Milan.
She speaks Italian and English.
