She provides comprehensive legal assistance in projects concerning the establishment and authorization of financial sector operators and mutual investment funds. Her expertise extends to M&A and corporate transactions involving supervised entities, including the management of operational modifications and corporate reorganizations. Orietta hold the role of secretary for major financial institutions for several years, providing high-level corporate governance support.
Orietta regularly advises supervised entities on regulatory and prudential supervision.
