Giuseppe Chiaramonte is a lawyer specializing in tax and collection litigation as well as wealth planning.
He graduated in Law from the University of Catania. In the same year, he began his professional career in the city of Catania.
After qualifying as a lawyer, he collaborated with leading legal and tax firms.
Author of articles published in GT Rivista di Giurisprudenza Tributaria, Giuseppe Chiaramonte has also taught in the Master’s program “Advanced Training in Tax Law,” which addresses defensive strategies in tax collection litigation before ordinary courts – Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer (Milan, Bologna, Cagliari, Naples, and Reggio Calabria) and the “Interprocedural Master in Tax Law,” aimed at interprocedural qualification for taxpayer protection – Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer (Bari).
In 2021, he deepened his knowledge of wealth planning and wealth management by attending a master’s program on these topics at Ipsoa Training School in Milan.
