Giuseppe Chiaramonte is a lawyer specializing in tax and tax disputes and estate planning.
He graduated in Law from the University of Catania in 2010. In the same year he started his professional activity in the city of Etna.
After qualifying as a lawyer in 2013, he collaborated with primary law and tax firms.
Author of articles published by the magazine GT Rivista di Giurisprudenza Tributaria, Chiaramonte was also a teacher of the Master of “Higher Training in Tax Law” which addresses and analyzes defensive strategies in tax collection disputes before ordinary jurisdictions – Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer ( Milan, Bologna, Cagliari, Naples and Reggio Calabria) and the “Interprocedural Master in Tax Law” aimed at interprocedural qualification in taxpayer protection – Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer (Bari).
