Giuseppe Di Vita is Of Counsel at LEXIA in the Milan office. He primarily focuses on corporate law and real estate, with a strong international perspective gained through diverse professional experience in the United States, Latin America, and India.

He assists national and international clients in the structuring and management of real estate development projects and extraordinary transactions. Giuseppe provides strategic and legal advice based on his extensive background as a legal advisor within the real estate development sector, handling complex deals from the assessment phase through to execution.

During his academic career, he obtained a Master’s (LL.M) in Corporate Law from Fordham University in New York, a Degree in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from Bocconi University.

Before joining LEXIA, Giuseppe practiced law at leading international Italian law firms and served as a legal advisor in a real estate development company.
