Margherita Gramegna is Counsel at LEXIA and primarily focuses on labor and industrial relations law, trade union, and social security law.

She provides legal assistance in both extrajudicial and judicial matters, representing Italian and foreign companies as well as top management. Margherita assists clients in the management of complex labor law issues, providing strategic and legal advice ranging from day-to-day employment matters to the resolution of disputes in court. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of personnel management, including industrial relations and social security compliance.

During her academic career, she earned her Degree in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome and obtained a Master’s degree in personnel management and administration. She also attended the Higher Education School of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI).

Before joining LEXIA, Margherita gained significant experience collaborating with leading international law firms in Rome and Milan within their respective labor law departments.
