Thanks to his in-depth knowledge built up over many years on the main European financial markets – particularly those in Italy, Luxembourg, the UK and Switzerland – Massimo Paolo deals confidently with projects concerning the launch of new financial intermediaries and the execution of joint ventures in the financial sector.
He holds numerous positions at leading Italian and non-Italian financial groups, including Algebris, Ambienta, Charme Capital Partners, Decalia, iM Global Partner, Kairos, Quaestio, Symphonia, Syz Capital, Valori.
He has authored a plethora of articles that have appeared in financial journals, as well as several books, including most recently, “The European Investment Fund Management Industry” – Edibank (2023).
He also participated as an Equity Partner in the international development of TMF Group, a global business with more than 9000 employees, which was acquired in May 2018 by CVC Partner.
