During her academic career, she earned a degree in Legal Services Sciences at the University of Milan and furthered her professional training through specialized courses in administration and personnel management
She is Head of the Payroll Team with proven experience in coordinating payroll processing activities and managing social security, pension, and tax obligations related to employment. She ensures the organization and control of the team’s operational processes, guaranteeing high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
She supervises the application of the national collective labor agreements, supports the management of complex cases (including job classifications, remuneration variables, terminations), and acts as the technical contact person in relations with clients, social security institutions, and competent administrations. She assists clients in the management of payroll and accounting, ensuring compliance with related administrative, tax, and social security obligations and regulations.
Stefania provides support in the day-to-day management of personnel-related issues, offering technical advices on the administrative aspects of employment relationships and plays a key role in liaising between labor law consulting and payroll operations, contributing to the quality of service, the continuous updating of practices, and the training of the team.
