Vincenzo Fabrizio Giglio is Partner at LEXIA and has been focusing on labor law for over 25 year. He is a member of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers –, a member of EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association and a member of IBA – International Bar Association.
He assists companies and managers in the management of personnel, including both employment and self-employment relationships, as well as agency relationships. His expertise covers both extrajudicial consultancy and judicial litigation, providing strategic advice on the diverse activities required for personnel administration and dispute resolution.
Vincenzo Fabrizio regularly collaborates with various newspapers and has published numerous articles on labor law in prestigious publications such as Il Sole 24 Ore, Guida al Lavoro, ilGiuslavorista.it, lavorodirittieuropa.it and Rivista Italiana di diritto del lavoro. Since 2008, he has contributed to the annual edition of “Doing Business,” an international research project published by the World Bank. He is also the author of specialized books published by Giuffrè, including works on collective dismissals and the code of employment contracts.
During his academic career, he graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and completed a training period at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität of Tübingen in Germany.
