Since LEXIA was founded, Aurora has been responsible for the Data & Technology Innovation team and has assumed the role of Counselor since 2023. She is registered in the Milan Bar Association and in the Special Register of Supreme Courts and Superior Jurisdictions.
Aurora assists clients in all areas of IT law, intellectual property and new technologies, with broad expertise in aspects of data protection and privacy. Its activity focuses on compliance measures, such as the procedures and documentation required by the GDPR, the assessment of the legal basis of the processing, digital compliance (e.g. cookies), privacy policies, complaints responses, exercise of rights, and cross-border data transfers.
She has also gained significant experience in the field of e-commerce platforms, online applications, cloud based and outsourcing services as well as spent a period of secondment at one of the largest payment system operators in Europe.
She speaks Italian and English.
