After graduating in 1998 from the Università Cattolica of Milan and training at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität of Tübingen (DE), he cooperated with some of the most prestigious law firms in Milan specialized in labor law.
In his professional career he practiced employment law, dealing with companies, executives and employees, focusing on all the aspects required by personnel management – subordinate and independent work – and agency, both in consulting and in litigation, judicial and extrajudicial.
He regularly collaborates with various newspapers and he published many articles in labor law matters on Il Sole 24 Ore, Guida al Lavoro, D&L Rivista Critica di Diritto del Lavoro, RIDL – Rivista Italiana di Diritto del Lavoro, il Giuslavorista.it. Since 2008, he contributes to the annual edition of «Doing Business», the international survey edited and published by the World Bank.
He also published for Giuffrè Editore I Licenziamenti collettivi – Soggetti, procedure, comunicazioni telematiche (2018, 2° edizione), Nuovo codice dei contratti di lavoro e modifiche alle mansioni (2015), I Licenziamenti collettivi – Soggetti, procedure, comunicazioni telematiche (2014).
He is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Employment Lawyers Association) – and a member of EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2002 and he is now qualified for legal aid in the higher jurisdictions.
He provides legal services in Italian and English.
