Achraf Fadhel is an Associate in LEXIA’s Global Mobility & Immigration Team, specializing in Immigration and Citizenship Law. He advises both private individuals and multinational companies on Italian immigration matters, with particular expertise in citizenship applications, the relocation of non-EU highly skilled professionals, digital nomads, and investors.

Achraf has a solid academic and professional background in Public International Law, Corporate Law, and Italian Immigration and Citizenship Law, areas he explored extensively throughout his studies and professional experience.

His multidisciplinary profile also includes experience in project management, fundraising, and corporate expansion into the Italian market, developed through his interdisciplinary work at LEXIA as well as prior roles in the non-profit and start-up sectors.

In addition, Achraf is recognized for his strong communication and public relations skills, as well as his political and institutional awareness. During his studies at Bocconi University, he played an active role in university governance, serving for two years as the sole student representative on the University Board of Directors. He was the most-voted student representative in Bocconi’s history and the first first-generation Italian student to be appointed to the Board.
