Claudia Elli is an Associate in LEXIA’s Global Mobility & Immigration Team, specialising in immigration procedures for family visas, EU Blue Cards, and other visa routes for highly skilled professionals and researchers, as well as retirement and investor (Golden) visas.
She has developed extensive experience in providing relocation and integration services, including enrolment in the Italian national health system, civil and tax residency registration, school and university enrolment, driving licence conversion, and other ancillary yet essential matters supporting the social and administrative integration of foreign nationals in Italy.
Claudia also has a strong academic and professional background in Human Rights and International Protection. Appointed by UNHCR, she currently serves as a Human Rights and International Protection Expert on the Status Determination Commission of Monza–Brianza.
Drawing on her experience in the humanitarian sector, Claudia brings a particular sensitivity to client care, ensuring clients’ well-being and confidence when navigating a complex and unfamiliar administrative system.
