Fabio is a Partner at LEXIA and serves as Managing Director of LEXIA Corporate Services, the division of the firm dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate services to support businesses at every stage of their development – from company formation and compliance to tax advisory, payroll management, and international expansion.
Fabio has gained consolidated experience in the sector of corporate law and M&A operations, assisting national and international investors, private equity funds, companies, and entrepreneurs in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions.
In particular, Fabio provides legal advice in the field of structuring, management, and negotiation of extraordinary operations such as corporate acquisitions and restructurings, as well as in civil and commercial contracts.
Before joining Lexia, he gained significant experience in leading international law firms in New York, Rome, and Milan.
Fabio obtained a master’s degree in law from La Sapienza University of Rome and an International Master in Global Regulation of Markets. He is registered with the Rome Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
